CLD – Workforce Development

Without its employees and volunteers, The Salvation Army would not function. This stream provides a number of learning opportunities helping our workforce to be more effective and fulfilled in their work and ministry. We also collaborate with other departments to help them to shape their own learning programmes.

What’s ahead: We are currently working with other departments on a number of projects. These include a redeveloped orientation programme for new employees and volunteers, a foundation course for family store managers, a next stage of our managers training programme, and the accreditation of Salvation Army Chaplains.
