“Thought Matters” continues with ‘Holiness? Gender? Leadership – Assumptions Along the Journey.’

Does gender matter? Does gender shape how leadership can and cannot be practiced? And what of holiness? In what ways can holiness reshape gender relations? Drawing on personal experiences, Lt. Colonel Hutson will critically engage with these questions to explore how gender and holiness have impacted on her own leadership within The Salvation Army.

Lt. Colonel Lynette Hutson is currently appointed Territorial Secretary For Business Administration. She has been an Officer for 30 years and has led at Corps, Divisional and National Social Programme levels.

See the attached flyer for more information and please pass this on to your staff and congregations as applicable.

We hope to see you there.
